The 2026 New York Attorney General election is scheduled to take place on November 3, 2026, to elect the Attorney General of New York. Incumbent Democratic Attorney General Letitia James has announced that she will run for a third term.[1] Republican former prosecutor Saritha Komatireddy is challenging her.[2]
