Kentucky
Attorney General Russell Coleman was elected in 2023 with 58.01% of the vote.[1] He is eligible to run for re-election but has not yet stated if he will do so. However, Coleman has been preparing funds for a re-election bid.[2]
Louisiana
Attorney General Liz Murill was elected in 2023 with 66.37% of the vote.[3] She is eligible to run for re-election but has not yet stated if she will do so.
Mississippi
Attorney General Lynn Fitch was elected in 2023 with 58.07% of the vote.[4] She is eligible to run for re-election but has not yet stated if she will do so. Fitch has been considering a bid for governor.[5]
