Ibrahim Mahamad is a British hotel manager and hospitality professional. He is the Front Office Manager at the Radisson Blu Hotel London Canary Wharf East in London, England. Early life and education
Mahamad studied Leadership and Management at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, London Campus, where he pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree.
Career
Mahamad began his hospitality career in 2022 as a Night Receptionist at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Sussex Hotel, part of Edwardian Hotels London. Later that year, he was promoted to Night Hotel Manager, where he supervised hotel operations, managed guest services, led overnight teams, and was responsible for staff development and operational performance.
In February 2024, Mahamad joined Radisson Blu Edwardian as Night Manager, overseeing night operations and guest experience. In July 2024, he moved to Holiday Inn London – Regent's Park as Night Operations Manager before being promoted to Front Office Duty Manager in December 2024.
In September 2025, Mahamad joined Criterion Hospitality as Reception Manager and Head of Department, where he was responsible for front office leadership and operational management.
