I am the founder and CEO of BioMate AI, Inc., the company described in this article. I am disclosing this conflict of
interest per WP:PAIDCON and WP:COI.
I have submitted this article through Articles for Creation rather than creating it directly in mainspace, in
accordance with COI guidance. I have made no edits to articles about competitors or related companies.
The article cites independent secondary sources including a peer-reviewed study published in Nature (FutureHouse, 2026)
and a benchmark report from Anthropic (VirBench, 2026) that establish the technical context. Bioinformatics workflow tools
cited (DESeq2, GATK, AlphaFold, etc.) are all cited to their original peer-reviewed publications. I am happy to address any
