Claim of notability

Hi - this draft has been Declined for lack of notability - as per the guidelines,

 requires multiple published secondary sources that:
 - provide significant coverage: discuss the subject in detail, excluding routine coverage like product launches, staff  appointments, or financial reports and listings in databases or listicles;
 - are reliable: from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
 - are independent: not connected to the subject, such as press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.

As per the table on Notability I have created the same for sources from this submission

Additionally, as per Notability Guidlines,

 Organizations are usually notable if they meet both of the following standards:
  1. The scope of their activities is national or international in scale.
  2. The organization has received significant coverage in multiple reliable sources that are independent of the organization.

I would argue that HLI meets both of these, 1, as it is based in the UK, though supports charities in the developing world, and has suupporters in Effective Altruism , which is broadly a US/UK movement

2. they have been interviewed on CNN and BBC News

Please note as a CoI I volunteer with this org - however, I believe that the sources prove Notability beyond my contribution Thegreatnick (talk) 21:19, 12 June 2026 (UTC)
