Sébastien Amiez (born 6 May 1972) is a French former alpine skier. He won the season title for slalom for the 1995–96 World Cup season as well as silver medals at the 2002 Winter Olympics and 1997 World Championships.[1]

His son, Steven Amiez, is also a World Cup ski racer and Olympian.[2]
