OK @Drovethrughosts @Rambling Rambler what do I do to keep this clear of "trivial"? It's a show about food and restaurants so I think this stuff is thematically central and notable and amply sourced and I'm trying to focus on crucial elements per Rambler's comments about extraneous detail. But also I think it's important to contextualize the food plotlines as much as possible and educate with sources that see meaning in the food and service content on the show beyond being mere "background noise" in the story.
