I am unsure if this Wikipedia article will ever meet the criteria for being an independent article because version control systems to my knowledge are not actively tracked. It is in direct competition with Perforce and is likely to replace it given that it is free software versus Perforce which is proprietary. Raync (talk) 23:53, 22 June 2026 (UTC)
