Status of listed title during Mohamed Omar's time in the Republic of China (Taiwan)
Wikipedia currently lists the person of focus as the first Representative of Somaliland to Taiwan, and while this is true, it misses the fact that Somaliland officially title their Representatives to Taiwan as Ambassadors. While they are not officially accepted as Ambassadors, they are allowed into Taiwan and effectively serve as such (per ROC's unclear status to Somaliland where it states Somaliland is an independent country without giving formal recognition). From the point of view of Hogi and Somaliland, he has already been Ambassador, before being sent to Israel.
