Hey, well done for this article! It is well-sourced, appears neutral, is stable and has no issues from Earwig. Here are my comments:

1. Can you specify whether the fortune teller is telling another character that someone will die or if it just random?  Done
2. Is it known why the otter became drug-addled?  Done
3. Is it known Kent Brockman survives? (I assume so)

Yes, he continues to appear in the series, but episode simply ends on him getting attacked

1. Can you please specify in the "Production" section that Tasha is a new character?  Done
2. Can you please state who Mike Reiss and his wife portray and add them to the "Guest appearances" section in the infobox? Half done

To my knowledge, they don’t speak and are simply seen in the background. I reworded the text to reflect this, while still noting that they play themselves in the text

1. Could you please write and source the information about "Jay Pharoah as Drederick Tatum" in the production section and write who the character is in the plot section please?

He only has one throwaway line in the episode. I was not able to find a source for the role, and considering how minor it is, I opted to just remove it from the infobox

1. Is there any information on why Mike White declined the cameo?

No, the source just states that he was offered the role and given the script but declined to be in it
