My name is Richard Collins, a retired Senior Mathematical Statistician. My career was in global population issues, particularly social and economic modelling, famine early warning, global climate change, alternative fuels, transportation issues, global technology issues. For the last twenty one years or so (2019) I have been studying the relation between the Internet and Society to see ways to improve the efficiency of the Internet. This is done under TheInternetFoundation.Org.

I study tens of thousands of topics, and I try many experiments. For the last decade and more I have been studying "gravity" on the Internet with particular focus on the people, organizations, technologies, methods, goals, and economic and social impacts of this small, but rapidly growing, group.
