Discretionary sanctions alert

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in Eastern Europe or the Balkans. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

A barnstar for your efforts

Are you still active? Need guidance to reverse-whitewash, i.e. accuracy

I replied to your helpful comments on the Ar4js K0mmand0 talk page. Article is reasonably WP:NPOV and historically accurate now. I appreciate the source you provided, which is an important counter to Goldhagen's revisionism that the Baltic nations lacked agency in WW2. Perhaps he did so to frame the situation "through the lens" of modern Western liberal paradigms...at Harvard, in his case? I wrote more on talk:Arajs Kommando, in addition to my 1st reply to you there.

I am seeking your assistance (due to your apparent subject matter expertise) in updating several Latvia-related articles. These include the Legion, 15th and 19th uh "Waffen", etc. I have purposely not linked directly as there are many Wiki defenders and watchers of those articles. Can you help me with language, and source corroboration as I try to make those articles comply with their existing tags? Or recommend someone who can, maybe Mr. Goldstein above, or another Wikipedian? Thank you for considering my request. --FeralOink (talk) 06:55, 6 December 2025 (UTC)
