Unprodded with a memorial rationale. However, it does not pass WP:GNG, being a case of WP:BLP1E. And nothing in the article indicates he passes WP:SOLDIER. Should be deleted as per WP:NOTMEMORIAL. Onel5969 TT me 19:27, 26 March 2017 (UTC)
