Given that the arbitrators are voting on a motion to close because no evidence was presented, it should be noted that the affected user has now posted some. (I have no connection whatsoever with this case and have no view on any outcome, but am posting this here just in case someone might have missed this recent development; I am posting here instead of where the arbitrators are considering closure because non-arbitrators are not supposed to edit Proposed Decision.)
