The Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1972 (c. 25) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments concerning the duties of excise relating to betting and gaming in Great Britain.[1]

Subsequent developments

The whole act was repealed by section 34(2) of, and schedule 7 to, the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981, which came into force on 30 October 1981.[3]
