Cercopithecine herpesvirus 5 (CeHV-5) is a species of virus in the genus Cytomegalovirus, subfamily Betaherpesvirinae, family Orthoherpesviridae, and order Herpesvirales.[1][2]

African green monkeys (Chlorocebus spp.) serve as natural hosts.
