AeroBalam is a Mexican regional carrier[1] which launched scheduled operations on April 4, 2025.[2] Owned by the government of the state of Chiapas,[3] it is based at Tuxtla Gutiérrez International Airport.[1] With the aim of promoting tourism connectivity in Mexico's southern region, the airline began operations with one Cessna Grand Caravan 208 EX.[3]

Destinations

The airline initially launched domestic flights within Chiapas, connecting Tuxtla Gutiérrez with Tapachula and Palenque.[2] In March 2026, it added Oaxaca and Huatulco as new destinations.[4]
