Aisha Rafea (born in 1952, Cairo, Egypt) is an author, researcher in spirituality, and also the co-founder of Ain Foundation: Between Soul and Soil [2]. She is the designer of Be Yourself programs for psycho spiritual growth [1][3]. She has been working for enhancing change through spirituality, equity, and women's leadership [9][10][12][14].
Aisha is the sister and disciple of Master Ali Rafea, the head of the Egyptian Society for Spiritual and Cultural Research (ESSCR) [4]. Her father is Assayed Rafea Muhammad Rafea, a spiritual teacher and a Sufi leader of the twentieth century (1903–1970), and her mother Assayeda Hazami Rifa'a (1921–2012) is a great granddaughter of Rifaa Rafea Al Tahtawi, the father of the modern Egyptian Renaissance (1805–1873) [5][13].

Early Life and Education
Aisha got a Bachelor of Arts, English Literature, in June 1974, from Cairo University, Egypt [8]. In June 1976, she got a Diploma of Translation (English-Arabic-English), from the American University in Cairo (AUC), Egypt, and in 1984, she got her master's degree in mass communication from the American University in Cairo, Egypt [7]. Aisha, then developed self-motivated and free studies in transpersonal psychology, cognitive behavioral psychology, and positive psychology for more than 15 years, and she became a certified positive discipline parent educator [1][3][11].
Career and Achievements
From 2005 to 2014, Aisha worked as a self-growth trainer, applying "Awakening Our Inner Child" at Bashayer Language school, Egypt; a program for training the teachers to practice the character- building program for children: "The True Me: Focused, Free, Fulfilled"[1][3][11]. She also applied the personal growth programs: Be Yourself... Be Happy" and "Awakening Our Inner Child" at the Egyptian Society for Spiritual and Cultural Research ESSCR, and from 2011- 2020, with The Human Foundation [4][6]. In July 2009, she led a workshop for spiritual training in Kualalumpur, within a conference for WISE (Women Initiative for Spirituality and Equity) [14]{15}.
