Charukesi (transl.With beautiful hair)[1] is a Tamil-language play written by Venkat first staged in November 2021. The play, starring Y. G. Mahendran, was later adapted into a film with Mahendran reprising his role.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8]

Plot

The story revolves around the title character, an ageing Carnatic musician with Alzheimer's disease.
