GenderNexus is an Indiana based nonprofit organization that began in 2014.[1][2] It aims to empower and support gender diverse individuals.[3] It offers a variety of services including medical referral letters, legal name, and gender marker changes, as well as providing LGBTQ+ friendly resources, counseling and community groups, as well as education and advocacy services.[4][5][6]

GenderNexus regularly participates in Indiana centered LGBTQ+ events like the Indy Pride Festival, often partnering with Indy Pride.[7][8][9]
