Gräfik is a software company that develops workforce scheduling and employee management software for shift-based organizations. Its web and mobile application is designed to automate the creation of work schedules and support organizations in managing staffing requirements, employee availability, unexpected changes, leave, shifts, skills and roles, taking these factors into account when generating schedules.[1]
Overview
Gräfik focuses on software for organizations where employee scheduling is a regular operational process, including hospitality, retail and other shift-based service environments. The software is designed to automatically generate work schedules by taking into account employee preferences, requested days off, working hours and role-based staffing needs, and to support the management of unexpected changes such as employee absences by helping identify suitable replacements.[2][3]
Programmes
In October 2024, Gräfik was selected for the tenth cohort of the Tehnopol Startup Incubator, a growth programme for early-stage technology companies in Estonia. The cohort included seven technology-based startups.[1]
