Model Institute of Technology.[1](also known as MIT Nepal) is a higher education institution located in Bagbazar, Kathmandu, Nepal. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs, that are awarded by its partner US university: International American University (IAU), a private for-profit university in Palmdale and Los Angeles, California.

History

Model Insitute of Technology was launched in 2023 in partnership with IAU by KMC Education Network[2]. This collaboration aims to offer internationally accredited degree programs in Nepal. The announcement of the institution's establishment was made at the Academic Leadership Summit 2023[3]. The college offers programs in the fields of business administration, information technology, and management, in accordance with its affiliation with IAU.

Under-graduate programmes

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at Model Institute of Technology (MIT Nepal) is a 4-year undergraduate degree affiliated with IAU.
