Morgan McGlynn Carr is a British cheesemonger, author, and television contributor, best known as the resident cheese expert on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch.[1] She owns Cheeses of Muswell Hill in London and serves as a judge at the World Cheese Awards.

Career

Cheeses of Muswell Hill

McGlynn owns and operates Cheeses of Muswell Hill, a specialist cheese shop in north London. The shop has been recognised in national and industry media for its range of artisan and seasonal cheeses.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]

Judging and awards

McGlynn has served as a judge at the World Cheese Awards, one of the largest cheese competitions in the world, evaluating artisan cheeses from international producers.[12]

Cheeses of Muswell Hill won the Time Out Love London Award in 2016, recognising it as one of the city's favourite local shops.[13]

The business has been featured among London's best cheese shops in national publications.[14][15]

Television

She featured alongside Nigel Slater in The Kitchen Diaries on the BBC, showcasing artisan cheeses from her shop Cheeses of Muswell Hill.[16]

McGlynn has been the resident cheese expert on Sunday Brunch (Channel 4) for more than ten years, appearing approximately every six to twelve weeks.[17][18][19][20][21][22]
