Pride in the Park is a parade and festival held annually in Beaverton, Oregon "to bring acknowledgement, support, and joy to the LGBTQIA+ Community"[1] during Pride Month. The festival is held at Beaverton City Park in front of the Beaverton CIty Library. This volunteer-run festival began in June, 2016 and has grown larger each year, with vendors, entertainment, and corporate sponsors.[2] The first parade was held in 2019 with mayoral proclamation by Mayor Denny Doyle.[3] The addition of the parade increased event attendance from 2,500 in 2018 to 10,000 in 2019.[4] While the festival is a single-day celebration, PRIDE Beaverton has expanded to include other community events such as craft nights, dance parties, movie screenings, and drag bingo.[5] Organizers have partnered with Mayor Lacey Beaty to raise a pride flag over Beaverton City Hall every June 1st since 2022.[6] Beaverton drag performer Poison Waters serves as the parade marshall.

In 2024, to commemmorate the 10th anniversary of Geiger v. Kitzhaber, which legalized same-sex marriage in the state, the city offered free wedding and vow renewal ceremonies during Pride in the Park.[7] Twelve couples were married.[8]
