RAYNET s.r.o. is a Czech IT company headquartered in Ostrava, which develops customer relationship management (CRM) software.[1] The company's main product is Raynet CRM, a cloud-based software available on desktop and mobile devices. As of 2023, the platform had over 23,000 users.[2]
History
The company was founded in 2004 by Ostrava-based entrepreneurs Aleš Seifert, Dušan Gálik, Lukáš Rajský, and Jaroslav Bazala. In its early years, Raynet was involved in web design, IT network administration, and the development of custom management systems. The founders later decided to pivot exclusively to the development of cloud-based CRM software.[3]
By 2023, the company reported annual revenue exceeding CZK 120 million with a net profit of around CZK 30 million.[4]
The company is headquartered in Ostrava-Poruba, where it renovated a former department store on Hlavní třída, subsequently naming the building Raynet Tower.[5][6]
Product
The company’s primary product is Raynet CRM. The software functions as a database for customer communication history, deals, and reports. The platform also integrates generative artificial intelligence features, marketed as Raynet AI, which assist users with email drafting and data summarization.
Corporate Culture
Raynet operates under an open management model, where employees have access to the company’s financial results and internal salary data.[7]
In 2024, the company was awarded the Profi HR Award for its employee benefits program.[8] In 2023, Raynet also received the Startup Office of the Year award for its headquarters design.[9]
