Facundo González Molino (born 6 June 2003) is a Uruguayan professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for La Liga club Racing Santander.
Club career
Early career
As a youth player, González joined the youth academy of Spanish fifth tier side Vista Alegre.[2][3] In 2019, he joined the youth academy of Valencia in the Spanish La Liga.[4][5][6][7]
Juventus
On 8 August 2023, González signed a three-year deal with Juventus.[8]
Loan to Sampdoria
On 23 August 2023, González joined Serie B side Sampdoria on loan.[9]
Loan to Feyenoord
On 29 August 2024, he moved to Eredivisie club Feyenoord on loan with an option to buy.[10]
Racing de Santander
On 1 September 2025, González was announced at Spanish Segunda División side Racing de Santander on a one-year loan deal.[11]
International career
González is a Uruguayan youth international. In September 2022, he played for Uruguay under-20 team in Torneo Cuadrangular de Maldonado.[12] He was a part of the Uruguayan side that won the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Argentina.[13][14]
In June 2023, González received his first call-up to the senior team for friendlies against Nicaragua and Cuba.[15]
