Hinduism is a minority religion in the Meghalaya state of India, constituting around 11.53% of the state population according to the 2011 census.[1]
Demographics
According to the 2011 Census of India, there were 342,078 Hindus in Meghalaya, accounting for 11.53% of the state population.[1] Hindus are concentrated primarily in West Garo Hills district (19.11%), East Khasi Hills District (17.55%), and Ri-Bhoi District (11.96%).[2]
