The National Debt Act 1958 (7 & 8 Eliz. 2. c. 6) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments relating to the national debt of the United Kingdom.[1]

Subsequent developments
The whole act was repealed by section 17(1) of, and the schedule to, the National Debt Act 1972, which came into force on 9 August 1972.[3]
