Niwas is one of the 230 Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) constituencies of Madhya Pradesh state in central India.[1][2]

It comprises Niwas tehsil, and parts of Mandla tehsil, both in Mandla district.[3] As of 2023, it is represented by Chainsingh Warkade of the Indian National Congress.
