Rameshwor Prasad Khanal is a Nepali retired civil servant.[1] He served as the Minister of Finance and Minister of Federal Affairs and General Administration in the interim government led by Sushila Karki.[1] He is a former finance secretary of Government of Nepal. As Chairperson of the High-Level Economic Reforms Commission of Nepal, he submitted a comprehensive report to the Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister proposing wide-ranging reforms to the country's economy.[2][3] He had previously taught at South Asian Institute of Management as a professor.[4]
