New Article Creation: The Missing Division

I noticed a significant gap in our coverage of the Dutch Field Army's structure during the pivotal May 1940 campaign. The existence and precise structure of the 3rd Division (3e Divisie) were only mentioned peripherally, despite its role within the I Corps defending Fortress Holland. My goal in creating this stub was to firmly establish the division's existence and, crucially, to document its full Order of Battle (OOB) as of May 10, 1940, based on reliable primary-sourced Dutch historical data (from the dutcharmy1940 blog). I hope this helps military history enthusiasts and provides a solid base for future expansion on its operational history—something that is definitely needed now that the framework is in place!
