Follow-up on 'Politics' section image consensus
Hello PhantomVortex, I hope you are doing well. As per your guidance, I started a discussion thread on the article's Talk page regarding the replacement of the 2018 leadership image with the 2025 constitutional heads photo.
It has been a few days and no other editors have chimed in yet. Since you originally reviewed the edit request, could you please take a look at the proposal on the Talk page and share your thoughts? Your feedback would help greatly in establishing the next steps. Thank you! --Ramb70 (talk) 08:20, 16 May 2026 (UTC)
- I would suggest you to list your discussion at WP:RFC, Visit this page there You will find how to add your discussion at RfC, and while listing, mention the reason why you are listed it at RfC, and this will invite broader selection of editors, and once you get your consensus and opinions, you may close the RfC, either in your support or oppose. The Mughal Empire ushered in two centuries of economic expansion and relative peace,[1] and left a rich architectural legacy.
I request the removal of the sentence 'relative peace' from the article as there was bloodshed and mass conversion against the Hindu faithful and and you cannot quote 1 book to justify that these were peaceful times. Thank you Rishi2205 (talk) 20:52, 3 June 2026 (UTC)

The section on climate about the Thar Desert requires editing (currently, it states that it might be AI-generated).
An editing proposal:
"The expansion of the Thar Desert has an impact on the South Asian summer monsoon hydroclimate. Locally, the desert's expansion weakens the water cycle, leading to less rain, moisture, and evaporation, which also cools the local air. Regionally, this growth changes wind patterns and weakens the monsoon over northeastern India."
