Non-administrators can a malfunctioning bot to Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Non-admins: If the bot is malfunctioning, send me a message on my talk page at User talk:Thehelpfulone, contact me on IRC with the nick Thehelpfulone and the cloak @wikimedia/Thehelpfulone. In serious cases, report to WP:AN and the bot will be reviewed by admins and blocked if necessary. You can also ask any admin to block the bot if it is malfunctioning, but if I am around, I would prefer if you would notify me first - then I can just stop it! :) The Helpful One
