Hello, I'm sorry to bother you, I'm a novice editor. I deleted some content from Manryu's marriage section. I'm not sure if this meets the requirements. Dora Megan (talk) 02:49, 18 April 2026 (UTC)
I looked it over again and I think it is okay now. I will add back in the connection between her first husband and second husband since I think that is valuable information. You are doing a great job for being a novice editor! Moritoriko (talk) 02:25, 21 April 2026 (UTC)

Thank you for helping to improve the entry! I'm a new editor, and I've already deleted some content. I just don't know if it's okay that the entry doesn't have paragraph breaks. Also, I don't know how to create image and occupation sections, so her image and occupation aren't showing up on the page. Dora Megan (talk) 05:31, 28 April 2026 (UTC)
No worries, you have been doing great. I will say, if you translate an already existing page from a different language you need to say that you have done so in your edit summary as it states here. I bring that up because Tsutaki Yokomatsu Asaji's article seems very similar to the japanese article and has a slight mistake when it says that she was also called Ru (really it is just an old character that was also pronounced ha). To upload an image to wikipedia, you can follow the instructions and then you can add it to the infobox. As the article stands now I think it is sourced enough to be accepted. If you still have more questions feel free to ask. Moritoriko (talk) 07:05, 28 April 2026 (UTC)
Thank you so much for your reminder. I'm translating the Japanese Wikipedia entry about her. How can I cite it in the English Wikipedia? Dora Megan (talk) 07:11, 28 April 2026 (UTC)
if you read the link it says:
add this Content in this edit is translated from the existing French Wikipedia article at [[:fr:Exact name of French article]]; see its history for attribution. as your edit summary. in this case you change French Wikipedia to Japanese Wikipedia and [[:fr:Exact name of French article]] to ja:蔦清小松朝じ Moritoriko (talk) 07:34, 28 April 2026 (UTC)
I'm so sorry. I didn't understand how to do it. Could you please help me add the label? Thank you very much. Dora Megan (talk) 09:50, 28 April 2026 (UTC)
What part did you not understand? I could do it for you but this is a relatively important thing that you would need to do the first time when you translate an article so I want to make sure you can do it yourself.
You know what an Edit Summary is right?
Then you just need to copy and paste the text in the grey box into the edit summary box with the changes I showed above for this article (it will change based on which article you are translating). I hope this is clear enough. Moritoriko (talk) 09:42, 29 April 2026 (UTC)

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Your draft submission to Articles for creation has been reviewed but not accepted at this time.
Feedback
The reviewer, RangersRus, left the following feedback:
This draft's references do not show that the person meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion for people. The draft requires multiple published secondary sources that:
  • provide significant coverage: discuss the person in detail, not brief mentions or interviews lacking independent analysis;
  • are reliable: from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
  • are independent: not connected to the person, such as interviews, press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.

Hello, the reference material is not a blog post, but an official article published by a Korean news website. The article includes the names of the editor or reporter. Please verify the content again. Thank you. Dora Megan (talk) 01:25, 7 May 2026 (UTC)
Tistory is a blog site. The other articles you used are not much better tbh; pop history articles. This person is almost certainly notable but the sourcing needs work grapesurgeon (talk) 01:47, 7 May 2026 (UTC)
I see, thank you for reminding me. I'll look for more useful references. She is indeed very famous, but these are all the references I could find. Dora Megan (talk) 01:49, 7 May 2026 (UTC)
Some of the romanizations are ad-hoc btw; see WP:KOREANNAME for how we recommend names be romanized. grapesurgeon (talk) 02:01, 7 May 2026 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Sumi Hanayagi

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Sumi Hanayagi, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ~2026-31625-14 (talk) 10:28, 6 June 2026 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Sumi Hanayagi, a link pointing to the disambiguation page Master was added. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ  Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Please cite the original articles

Dear Dora Megan,

You are doing great work adding articles for many women who deserve them but if you are translating them from another language article, like the recent article Bimyō appeared to be, then you **must** put that in your first, or at least an early, edit summary. I brought this up in April and you didn't respond so I assumed you understood but I see it is continuing. Please let me know what more information or help I can give you so that this can be straightened out.

Moritoriko (talk) 13:29, 10 June 2026 (UTC)

I'm sorry. I haven't been clear on what the template should be. I previously thought it wasn't necessary, so I didn't add it. I tried adding content, but the formatting still seems incorrect. Dora Megan (talk) 11:41, 11 June 2026 (UTC)
I just realized you haven't used edit summaries at all so I think that is the first place to start actually. How do you contribute to wikipedia? computer? laptop? smartphone? Moritoriko (talk) 05:23, 12 June 2026 (UTC)
smartphone Dora Megan (talk) 08:44, 12 June 2026 (UTC)
I apologize for not having been on Wikipedia for very long. Because I'm busy with life, I don't have much time to fix the entries right now. I initially just felt that some entries about Japanese female entertainers should be created on the English Wikipedia. Some content was directly copied from the Japanese Wikipedia. I apologize for not being able to work out the details of the entries at the moment. You can put them in the drafts folder. Dora Megan (talk) 08:55, 12 June 2026 (UTC)
If there are any issues with the entry, please delete it or move it to your drafts. I am not familiar with all of Wikipedia's features. Due to time constraints, I cannot improve the entry or learn the detailed functions of Wikipedia in a short period of time.Thank you. Dora Megan (talk) 10:46, 12 June 2026 (UTC)
Hey, @Dora Megan please publish the article after it is ready. You have to provide sources to prove it's notability. So, I have moved the article to draftspace. TheGreatEditor024 (talk) 18:21, 13 June 2026 (UTC)
Also, please don't move it by yourself, Submit it via AFC TheGreatEditor024 (talk) 18:22, 13 June 2026 (UTC)
Hi, I've completed the article for Draft:Bimyō, which is why I removed it from the drafts. However, I haven't had time to further differentiate it from the content on the Japanese Wikipedia. Therefore, I hope others can continue to improve this article, and if the content is suitable. Dora Megan (talk) 05:25, 15 June 2026 (UTC)
