Thanks, Jens. I didn't entirely complete your list – I have a few footnotes to write on technical language, urls to provide, and to check whether the cowries are gilded shells or artificial gold ones – so I was planning on pinging once fully completed. However, I am swamped in real-life and haven't been able to edit productively at all (nor will I be able to for the forseeable future). I haven't and won't forget to address those few points.
