Your submission at Articles for creation: Cirium (October 18)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by S0091 were:
This draft's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article. In summary, the draft needs multiple published sources that are:
Make sure you add references that meet all four of these criteria before resubmitting. Learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue. If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Most of the sources used are not reliable and other sources are just brief mentions or what Cirium says/has published so not indepdent. Also needs to be rewritten.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Concern regarding Draft:Cirium

Information icon Hello, RileyD0g. This is a bot-delivered message letting you know that Draft:Cirium, a page you created, has not been edited in at least 5 months. Control copyright icon Hello RileyD0g! Your additions to Contrail have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. –Novem Linguae (talk) 06:48, 19 June 2023 (UTC)

Ways to improve Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital

Hello, RileyD0g,

Thank you for creating Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital.

I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:

It is a brief article, but could do with reference from more source other that routine listing in order to support notability. It's also much less developed than other articles in Bon Secours (Virginia & South Carolina)#Hospitals.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Klbrain}}. Remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital, a link pointing to the disambiguation page Sisters of St. Francis was added. Thanks for the feedback. The purpose behind creating articles for freestanding emergency departments is public safety. Hospitals will often show up first in searches and in maps tools, often pushing freestanding emergency departments down far enough that a user may be unaware of them. These departments are often closer and less busy than a Hospital ER. It also helps communicate the coordinates of emergency helipads and there FAA designations. I'm open to any suggestions for expanding and making the listing stringer, but hoping in the interest of public safety we can retain them. RileyD0g (talk) 14:17, 19 June 2026 (UTC)

Hi there! I appreciate your edits and attempts to make Wikipedia a better place. I've posted a few merge proposals on articles you wrote.

Please take a look at WP:SUMMARY and WP:GNG, as well as WP:BRANCH for more information. These individual locations likely do not meet the criteria for their own Wikipedia page; in fact, very few of the world's organizations and businesses do. There's plenty of space on the main Mercy Health page, so I would encourage you to add to that article for the many locations which only have faint glimmers of notability. I thoroughly appreciate your reasoning here and your efforts to improve healthcare. I would encourage you to read WP:NOTEVERYTHING; in short, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. Just because something is useful and true does not mean it should be indiscriminately included in this project. While I understand your point about AI summarizing Wikipedia, and it is noteworthy, that does not surpass the guidelines of notability, which all of the individual pages fail (imo).
