Great article! Very easy to understand as someone not well-learned in esports, but well in-depth too :) I have added a few catagories, but as I don't often edit in the area I suggest you add a few more. -- NotCharizard 🗨 14:43, 20 August 2025 (UTC)
Thanks for the feedback. I do really appreciate all the reviewers that are able to help polish articles by less experienced users like me. May I create a disambiguation page for 'Kyle Jackson'? The topic has no primary subject IMHO, although there is a Wikipedia Article titled 'Kyle Jackson'. Rockfighterz M (talk) 22:48, 20 August 2025 (UTC)
I don't really know much about the guidelines regarding disambiguation pages at all, though I expect it would depend how well Mongraal is actually known his full name. You can probably get advice at Wikipedia_talk:Disambiguation or at the Teahouse/Help desk. -- NotCharizard 🗨 13:06, 21 August 2025 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:FNCS Season X logo.png

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:FNCS Season X logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of non-free use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Johnj1995 (talk) 01:46, 11 October 2025 (UTC)

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:FNCS Season X logo.png

Thank you for uploading File:FNCS Season X logo.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. – Pbrks (t·c) 19:16, 12 October 2025 (UTC)

Your submission at Articles for creation: Dellor (October 24)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Carolina2k22 was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Still fails notability requirements. See its previous deletion for more information.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

WrestleMania 36 match images

If you want to give the reader an idea of what it was like to watch crowdless matches like the Night 2 main event, providing an additional image of what it was like to watch cinematic matches like the Night 1 main event would provide further visual insight into how the company was adapting to the limitations of the pandemic. AvatarUser (talk) 14:42, 4 February 2026 (UTC)

You're 100% correct, but that still doesn't justify the removal of the image portraying Night 2's main event. You should look for images of either of the two cinematic matches on Wikimedia Commons. Be bold and add what you can find! Rockfighterz M (talk) 15:44, 4 February 2026 (UTC)

template:FNCS statistics usage in Mongraal article

Greetings!

I just wanted to ping you regarding your {{FNCS statistics}} template. I ran across it via the Mongraal article while working through Linter error lists earlier today. The template's use in the Mongraal article resulted in Linter flagging the article as a missing-end-tag syntax error due to how, as currently defined, {{FNCS statistics}} declares a new table without closing it.

To avoid generation of Linter errors going forward as editors use these templates, I think one of two things is needed:

  • the source code for {{FNCS statistics}} should be updated so the necessary |} table close tag is included.

OR

For the Mongraal article, I went ahead and added the extra {{BundleEnd}} to clear the syntax issue from the Linter report. If you opt to add the missing |} to the {{FNCS statistics}} source code, feel free to revert my edit (otherwise the extra table close tag will generate another Linter error)

Thanks and happy wiki'ing! SirOlgen (talk) 06:24, 18 February 2026 (UTC)

Yep! That's correct. I'll go ahead and update the template code later today. Thanks a lot for the heads up; when I created the template, I do appreciate people taking the time to offer constructive feedback instead of just making the appropriate edit! Rockfighterz M (talk) 09:52, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
Happy to help! — SirOlgen (talk) 19:26, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
I have a question regarding this group of templates. The documentation suggests the use of {{BundleEnd}}, which puzzles me because none of the other templates from the {{Bundle}} group are used. Have you considered using the generic {{End}} instead? --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 21:28, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
Given that {{BundleEnd}} appeared to be closing-out a "bundle" of various types of FNCS templates, I hadn't given it a thought when I saw it last night, but yeah, from a standards standpoint it should probably be an {{End}}. Both appear to resolve to "|}" so should be interchangeable.
Or one could always create a clone of {{BundleEnd}} named {{FNCSEnd}}, which might be more intuitive for future editors given all the other Begin/End template pairings that exist.
Regards — SirOlgen (talk) 21:44, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
I simply didn't know about {{End}} when making the templates @Redrose64. I've updated the documentations and will continue to use {{End}} from now on. On a side-note, I had taken inspiration from the {{PWtitlereign}} group of templates when making mine. That's where I got the {{BundleEnd}}, assuming it should be used in all groups of this kind. Proposed deletion of Glossary of Fortnite terms

Notice

The article Glossary of Fortnite terms has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The list is very clearly incomplete, as there are not a whole lot of entries past the letter D, and it is also a violation of WP:NOTGAMEGUIDE and WP:INDISCRIMINATE. A decent amount of these are just regular video game terminology not very specific to Fortnite. As an alternative to deletion, I would also be OK with redirecting or merging this to Glossary of video game terms; some of the terms here such as "battle bus" may potentially be useful there.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion based on established criteria.

If the proposed deletion has already been carried out, you may request undeletion of the article at any time. Gommeh (talk! sign!) 16:27, 19 March 2026 (UTC)

@Gommeh I was very surprised to find this page in mainspace, as it's clearly in the earlier stages of drafting, as apparent by the links leading to nowhere and so on. Thanks for pointing it out. I wasn't the one to move it, and would like it moved back to the draft namespace instead of being deleted. Is this possible? Rockfighterz M (talk) 17:34, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
Sure. Moved. Gommeh (talk! sign!) 17:37, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
Appreciate that! Am I correct that the redirect "Glossary of Fortnite terms" should be put up for speedy deletion? Rockfighterz M (talk) 17:39, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
Yes, because it is a cross-namespace redirect from mainspace to the draft space. Additionally, I still question the need for a Fortnite-specific glossary, especially when some of the terms you list in the draft already appear at Glossary of video game terms, so they wouldn't exactly be specific to Fortnite would they? Gommeh (talk! sign!) 17:40, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
Correct. I'll remove terms that aren't specific to Fortnite and re-evaluate the need for a standalone list before moving to mainspace. Rockfighterz M (talk) 17:43, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
