The material you removed in this edit was copied from the source but that source is a federal government publication which is public domain. Do you think I missed something? If not, you or I should revert the removal. S Philbrick(Talk) 22:31, 15 November 2023 (UTC)
- @Sphilbrick, thanks for catching that. I didn't know that about federal government publications, and was being too overly-cautious with checking that user's edits. I will revert the removal, but will at least write the sentence copied so it is not word-for-word. - Whisperjanes (talk) 03:51, 16 November 2023 (UTC)

WiR userbox
Answer: 3b (sorry, meant to say). Not sure which night mode, I think my phone's ( Samsung, Android). As for how .. using mobile is very odd as it keeps swapping from one mode to another, and not recognising me as logged in - tried to "reply" just now but it showed me as an IP. Project talk pages are the oddest. The view of your page was one which offers a link to "desktop version" at foot. But I think I've seen white on white in another too. PamD 06:57, 19 February 2025 (UTC)
- Sorry, misremembered: it's in the "desktop" version I'm seeing the problem, it's OK in "browser" view. PamD 07:01, 19 February 2025 (UTC)
- Gotcha, so it was the desktop version on a mobile phone. Do you remember what browser you were using? I'm not able to recreate it using Firefox's dark mode on my phone, but I also don't have an Android. - Whisperjanes (talk) 07:19, 19 February 2025 (UTC)

Cite Unseen September 2025 updates
Hello! Thank you for using Cite Unseen. We are excited to share details about a big update we just deployed. With grant support from Wikimedia CH, we've added several new features, including a citation filtering dashboard, settings dialog, support for localization, and the ability to easily suggest domain categorizations. Cite Unseen now also lives on Meta Wiki, as part of our effort to serve all Wikimedia projects. Our source lists are now also on Meta-Wiki, where they can be collaboratively edited by the community.
Please see our newsletter on Meta-Wiki for full details. If you have feature ideas, notice any issues with our new updates, or have any questions, please get in touch via our project talk page. Thank you!

Wikipedia:Destubathon of the Americas
You are invited to participate in the Destubathon of the Americas, a contest/editathon which will run from May 1 to May 31. The goal is to destub as many of our 475,000+ stubs for the Americas (from Alaska down to Chile) as possible. A good chance to have fun in expanding many of our old stale stubs and win up to £2000 ($2680) in Amazon vouchers for expanding stub articles. Sign up in the Contestants/participants section on the contest page if interested. Even if not interested in prizes you are still warmly welcome to participate in it as an editathon! Hopefully we can achieve something significant in the month of May together! ♦ Dr. Blofeld 17:44, 15 April 2026 (UTC)
