The material you removed in this edit was copied from the source but that source is a federal government publication which is public domain. Do you think I missed something? If not, you or I should revert the removal. S Philbrick(Talk) 22:31, 15 November 2023 (UTC)

@Sphilbrick, thanks for catching that. I didn't know that about federal government publications, and was being too overly-cautious with checking that user's edits. Answer: 3b (sorry, meant to say). Not sure which night mode, I think my phone's ( Samsung, Android). As for how .. using mobile is very odd as it keeps swapping from one mode to another, and not recognising me as logged in - tried to "reply" just now but it showed me as an IP. Project talk pages are the oddest. The view of your page was one which offers a link to "desktop version" at foot. But I think I've seen white on white in another too. Gotcha, so it was the desktop version on a mobile phone. Do you remember what browser you were using? I'm not able to recreate it using Firefox's dark mode on my phone, but I also don't have an Android. - Whisperjanes (talk) 07:19, 19 February 2025 (UTC)
