• Keep to preserve history. A history merge is completely unfeasible, because the prior history of the main page is substantial, it would become hopelessly mixed up with that of the draft.
  On that note, I often see requests for history merge that really should not have been made; I think that some people are misunderstanding the meaning and purpose of history merge.   I assumed the joke was based on WP:UPPERCASE-- i.e. the name of the redirect, not the policy it's linked to. I.E. "insert joke here about the UQ not being here". (Heck, we're dealing with the fallout of people using WP:UPPERCASE'd shortcut names as jokes down below with the WP:POOP RfD.) I guess I should have checked who created it - I just assumed it must be an IP or someone with a handful of edits. For that reason I assumed it must have been a NOTHERE act. Delete, in that case it's flipped around-- too vague a target for too specific a term. The article on Commemorative plaque has zilch on South Yorkshire. What it DOES have is a link to National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty; the issue is that that veers dangerously into WP:PTM territory.
