Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Ogbono soup, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. CheeseAndJamSamdwich (talk) 11:49, 16 May 2026 (UTC)

Hi, that was a typo error. I tried fixing it. Thanks Kraytus (talk) 11:53, 16 May 2026 (UTC)

Information icon Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Headscarf. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. Pyrrhic victor (talk) 15:27, 24 May 2026 (UTC)

Hi Victor, thanks for the correction. I actually used the desktop view to do the first edit and didn't know I should have been consistent with that when I tried doing a manual edit. I've updated it and will remain consistent henceforth. Kraytus (talk) 16:50, 24 May 2026 (UTC)

Hello, before you make claims cite strong sources

Do not make edits to push POV or create original research. Also, cite sources, non self published sources that can collaborate what you are saying.

For example, you reverted my edits on Ogbono being a Nigerian dish, when it is. The name is a more popular name, of which there are several other names. Wikipedia doesn't like repeat of subjects, so an article of a meal with various names not distinct enough are preferable to be shrunk in one. This is why the Iru article for instance contains other names and is pan west african. So you can't claim Ogbono originated from the Igbo without giving us your proof of origin of a soup eaten by several names of the same plant with no real distinction.

Except you can prove it, stop reverting my revert to the stable version. If you have any issues to adress, talk it out in the talk page. Edit warring can lead to bans. Also, note to be careful of original reasearch on the Igbo culture article. I will start by assuming good faith. I hope this helps. Dolpina (talk) 16:47, 29 May 2026 (UTC)
